Does Bachcroft send mail catalogs?
Bachcroft no longer carries mail catalogs. All of our products and services are only available online.

How do I place an order at Bachcroft.com?
Ordering from Bachcroft.com is both easy and safe. Ordering online offers the added convenience of being able to place your order at any time, day or night.

Although you can purchase blank labels, most of our customers take advantage or Bachcroft's free typesetting and printing services for all of our labels. To do that, you will have to select a typestyle from the TYPESTYLE AND COLOR GALLERY. While you're shopping, you'll also want to take a look at our COMPLIMENTARY LABELS that ship free-of-charge with your order.

Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button to place it in your shopping basket. When you see your shopping basket, you can either choose to press the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button, or you can follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, after you have entered your credit card information. When you press the "SEND" button, all of your credit card information is encrypted and securely processed.

Can I place my order by phone?
Yes. To place your order by phone, call Bachcroft toll free at 1-800-960-3234 or at 1-888-333-0234. Representatives are available to assist you from 8:00AM until 10:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. During weekends, our representatives are available from 8:00AM until 3:00PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

How do I get my mailing list to you?
You can use Bachcroft's "Preferred Method" or "Alternate Method" to get your mailing list to us. (If you are ordering return address labels, tell us what to print on those when you fill out your order form.)

PREFERRED METHOD: USE THE MAILING LIST PRINTING CENTER

Step 1. Click on "Mailing List Printing Center" on the page you are on.
Once you are at the center, you will need to set up an account. Your account and all of Bachcroft's printing services are provided free of charge. Always fill in all of the information, even if you are not having return address labels printed.
Click How To Use The Mailing List Printing Center for detailed instructions about entering and editing your list.

If you ever forget your username or password, simply contact us and tell us the name and address you entered in your return address section. We'll be able to quickly search for your account and send your login information to the email address listed.

Step 2. Type or paste in your mailing list.
Since this is your personal, password protected mailing list account at Bachcroft, you can enter you list during one session or a little at a time.

The Mailing List Printing Center offers you complete control over how your mailing list is managed, year after year. Use it as often or as little as you would like. (Keep in mind that our printing staff does not edit customers' mailing lists, so be sure to check that your mailing list has been proofread to eliminate errors.)

Note: Bachcroft respects and honors your privacy. Your mailing list is used for the sole purpose of printing an order you have placed with Bachcroft. Any other use of a customer's mailing list is strictly prohibited.

Step 3. Choose a font.
Bachcroft offers you over 100 standard fonts to choose from. To see our complete selection of fonts, click on The Font and Ink Color Gallery. If you would like us to use one of the fonts shown on our standard fonts pages, you can select it in the gallery or while you are placing your order.

Step 4. Tell us your username and password.
When you are placing an order and want Bachcroft to print your current mailing list onto the address labels, simply tell us your username and password while you are placing your order. That's it! We'll look up your account and print your current mailing list onto your address labels.

ALTERNATE METHOD: EMAIL YOUR MAILING LIST TO BACHCROFT

If your mailing list is already in a spreadsheet, you can email it to The Mailing List Printing Center. (IMPORTANT: Bachcroft does not accept MicroSoft Word or any other word processing files. Your mailing list must be in a spreadsheet, such as Excel, to be accepted.) Click How to Create a Mailing List in Excel for complete formatting instructions.

Step 1. Format your spreadsheet.
An Excel spreadsheet is formatted in columns. Although it does not matter how the columns are labeled, you may want to label the five columns like this: Name; Street Address and Apt; City; State; Zip Code. If you have any foreign addresses, you will need a sixth column for the country.

Step 2. Choose a font
Bachcroft offers you over 100 standard fonts to choose from. To see our complete selection of fonts, click on The Font and Ink Color Gallery.

If you would like us to use one of the fonts shown on our standard fonts pages, you can select it ther or while you are placing your order.

Step 3. Place your order.

When you place your labels order, make sure you let us know that you are emailing your mailing list to Bachcroft. In the appropriate space, you can simply type in "Excel " to let us know that your mailing list will soon follow.

Note: If your file will be mailed from a different email address than the one you have listed in your order, please tell us that email address and/or your order number.

Step 4. Email your Excel file.
Immediately after placing your order, email your mailing list (as an attachment) toThe Mailing List Printing Center. If your order includes return address labels, in you email please be sure to include the return-address information to be printed on your return address labels.

Once your file has been received, we will notify you via email.

Is it safe to order at Bachcroft.com?
Yes, it is safe to order at Bachcroft.com. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer credit card data exchanged with our shopping basket server.

Will anyone else use my mailing list?
No. Bachcroft respects your privacy. Your mailing list belongs to you. We only store it for you so that it is available when you want to edit it or when you want us to use it while printing an order for you. Bachcroft is a label designing and printing company. We do not sell or trade mailing lists.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The shipping method you select while you are placing your order will affect when your order is received. If you place a Standard Delivery order, please allow 7 to 10 days for your order to arrive. Rush and Express order are usually processed and shipped the same business day, if they are placed before 12 Noon, EST.

Expedited orders (Rush or Express Delivery) that include mailing list printing can take a full 24 hours to ship. Orders that include an Excel file can also take additional processing time.

What shipping options does Bachcroft offer?
Bachcroft ships online and telephone orders around the world.

During checkout, Standard Delivery, Two-Day Delivery, and Next-Day Delivery shipping options are available for shipping addresses within the United States. Orders placed Standard Delivery are shipped within 3 business days. Allow an additional 3 to 5 days for delivery.

Although expedited shipping is also available for orders shipping to international addresses, we cannot predict or guarantee an exact arrival date. For a Standard Delivery order, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, depending upon the shipping location.

For Standard Delivery orders shipping within the United States, the following charges apply:

If you request RUSH Delivery, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please allow an additional 2 days for delivery. Orders to areas outside of the continental U.S., or requiring custom processing, may not qualify for 2-3 Day Delivery.

Important Note: A Rush Shipping order that includes a mailing list is not guaranteed to ship within 24 hours. However, Rush Shipping orders printed from a mailing list in The Mailing List Printing Center generally do ship within 24 hours.

Orders that include an Excel file: Your order is guaranteed to ship within 24 hours after you receive your email notice that your Excel file has been approved for printing.

Next Day Delivery (EXPRESS)/ Charge: $23.99

EXPRESS Next-Day Delivery orders placed on normal business days before 12 Noon EST are generally processed and shipped the same day. Only orders whose destinations are within the continental U.S. qualify for Next Day Delivery. (Please Note: Custom orders and orders that include an Excel file do not qualify for same-day shipping.)

Important Note: An Express Shipping order that includes a mailing list emailed to Bachcroft as an Excel files is not guaranteed same day shipping. Your order is guaranteed to ship within 24 hours after you receive your email notice that your Excel file has been approved for printing.

Shipping and Delivery Times

The times listed above estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock items to be shipped from Bachcroft and delivered to you. Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed. In some cases, an order may arrive earlier or later than estimated.

Note: "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Can I have my order shipped to an international location?
Bachcroft ships to countries around the world. To ask us if we ship to a particular destination, email us at customerservice@bachcroft.com or call customer service at 1-800-960-3234 or at 1-888-333-0234.

Although expedited shipping is also available for orders shipping to international addresses, we cannot predict or guarantee an exact arrival date.

Can I buy the labels I want and do the printing myself?
Yes. Once you've put the labels you want into your shopping basket, click "CHECK OUT." While you're filling out your order form, check the box next to " Do not print anything on any of the labels I am ordering". In the "Special Printing Instructions" section, you can also tell us not to print anything on your labels.
