How to Place Your Order

Step 1. Go to the Mailing List Printing Center.
(If you would prefer to provide your mailing list using Excel,
skip Step 1, click on How to Provide My Mailing List,
and follow the Alternate Method steps.)

Bachcroft prints mailing lists free of charge. In fact, all of our services are free.
If you want us to print your mailing list, this is where you enter all of the name and
address of everyone on your mailing list. While you are setting up your account in the center,
be sure to fill in your return address information, even if you are not planning to order return address
labels. (If you forget your username and/or password give us a call at 1-888-333-0234 or email
us at customerservice@bachcroft.com. Once we find the account associated with your return
address information, we will email your login information to you.)

After you have set up your account, simply type in (or paste in) your mailing list. If you will be
using the copy and paste method, you can copy and paste in all three addressing at once.
Simply select "Parse" to separate the block of text into three separate lines. After you have
entered your first record, save it. Then you are ready to enter the next name and address.

Since this is your personal account, it's private. If you would like Bachcroft to access your
account and print your mailing list, please tell us your username and password when you are filling
in your order form. When you are ready to log out of your account, remember to follow the instructions
for logging out. Bachcroft's home page will be in the background waiting for you.

Step 2. Select a type style.

Before you begin the order process, you will need to decide which type style you would
like us to use while printing your order. Bachcroft offers over 70 standard type styles
and 150 type styles in The Type Style and Color Gallery. If you select one of our
standard type styles, there are no printing costs. Black is our standard type color.
To select another color, click on the color wheel in the gallery.

If you don't see the type style you want but you know the
name of the type style, call us. We can tell you if it is available.

Step 3. Choose Your Complimentary Labels.

Whenever you order labels from Bachcroft, Complimentary Everyday Return
Address Labels ship with your order. There are five selections to choose from, and
you will receive 24 of the complimentary labels you select. While you are placing
your order, please tell us what you would like printed on your complimentary labels.

Step 4. Shop for Labels.

Bachcroft has several different wedding label catalogs with a variety of different
designs and colors. Choose coordinated weddings sets, wedding return address labels
only, or wedding address labels only. In addition to choosing the type of labels you
would like to purchase, you will also need to select the type of label stock. As you will see,
all of our wedding label designs are available on sheer clear, glossy, and matte labels.

We do not recommend sheer clear or glossy clear labels for dark-colored envelopes.
If your envelopes are a dark color such as brown, navy blue or black, any text printed
on sheer clear labels will not be seen once you place the labels on your envelops.

Step 5. Put selected labels into your shopping basket.

Once you have selected the wedding labels you would like to purchase, simply put
the quantity you would like into your shopping basket and select "add to basket."

Step 6. Click on the "Check Out" button to fill in the order form.

Once you have put all of the labels you would like to buy
into your basket, click "Check Out" then fill in the order form.

Step 7. Look over the emailed copy of your order.

Moments after your order is placed a complete copy of your order will appear
in your email box. We recommend that you look over your copy as soon as possible.
The best time to make an adjustment to your order is immediately after it has
been placed. If you would like to make any changes to your order,
